• "Customer Data" — data the Customer uploads or generates, including orders, buyer information, and packing media.

2. Accounts & eligibility

You must provide accurate information and are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping credentials secure. The Service is for business use by users aged [16/18] or older.

3. Subscriptions, billing & trials

• Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis as selected.
• Free trials, where offered, convert to a paid plan unless cancelled before the trial ends.
• Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or expressly stated. Monthly plans may be cancelled anytime and remain active through the current period.
• We may change pricing on renewal with prior notice.

4. Customer Data & responsibilities

As between the parties, the Customer owns all Customer Data. The Customer grants us a limited license to host, process, and transmit Customer Data solely to provide the Service. The Customer is responsible for:

• The accuracy and lawfulness of the data it uploads, including buyer personal information;
• Obtaining any consents or notices required to record packing videos and to process buyer data; and
• Complying with the terms of the third-party platforms it sells on (e.g., TikTok Shop, Whatnot, eBay) and shipping carriers.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) misuse or interfere with the Service; (b) attempt to access it without authorization; (c) reverse engineer or resell it except as permitted; (d) upload unlawful content; or (e) use it to violate any law or third-party rights.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and trademarks, is owned by us and our licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights in the Service except the limited right to use it per your subscription.

7. Third-party services

The Service integrates with third parties (e.g., selling platforms, shipping carriers, payment processors). We are not responsible for third-party services, their availability, or their terms.

8. Availability

We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Any service-level commitments apply only if expressly agreed in a written order or plan.

9. Disclaimers

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, OR DATA. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID BY THE CUSTOMER TO US IN THE [12] MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

11. Indemnification

The Customer will defend and indemnify us against claims arising from the Customer Data, the Customer's use of the Service in violation of these Terms, or its violation of law or third-party rights.

12. Term & termination

These Terms apply while you use the Service. We may suspend or terminate access for breach or non-payment. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; the Customer may request export or deletion of Customer Data subject to Section 5 of the Privacy Policy and legal requirements.

13. Governing law
