• Media — packing videos and photos recorded through the Service and associated with orders.

Customers may request deletion of their data subject to legal retention requirements.

We use technical and organizational measures designed to protect information, including access controls, encryption in transit, and role-based permissions. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. Because much of the data in the Service is controlled by a Customer, please direct such requests to the relevant Customer; we will assist them as required.
